I am so impressed with my recent experience with iTransport4u - beginning with Destiny, who helped set it up. She was professional, kind and patient keeping me up to date on price, pickup and delivery dates, etc. They picked up on date they initially stated, as well as delivered on time. They treated my artwork with great care and respect, as well as, people they interacted with during pickup and delivery. The pickup was from Bark Frameworks in New York and delivery to my client/friend in North Carolina. They all complimented on how courteous the driver and assistant were and how they went above and beyond in handling of the framed artwork (40" × 30"). They took all COVID-19 precautions seriously, which is another huge factor these days. The price estimate was maintained and was remarkably reasonable for this excellent, reliable and professional service. Cannot thank them enough! Anyone who ships out their artwork can understand how nerve-wracking it can be, but with iTransport4u, I felt reassured and confident it would arrive safely and it did! I am a professional artist living in San Francisco and recently, I needed a company to transport two large works to two different locations. I was referred to iTransport4u by my studio mate, who has been using them for almost two years. I contacted them and used their services for the first time, and I must say that after almost two decades shipping artwork, I have found the best company ever! I am very impressed with their professional, quality service and how accessible they are - from the first communication, to after the job was completed. I also didn’t need to use a lot of the packaging materials that I've had to use for previous shipping. I did wrap the works carefully in shipping blankets, and plastic wrap (to secure the blanket in place), and also made sure the corners were protected. That was it! They give you an estimated date for pickup, but they email and text you few days ahead of time to confirm the actual date, and then the drivers contact you to relay/coordinate a timeframe. The two drivers who picked up my works were super friendly. Once you have the van and trip number, you can check their website to see where your driver is. My clients also informed me that the drivers called prior to delivery, and that they were precisely on time. I couldn’t be more confident to recommend this company! If you need to ship art within the U.S., this is the reliable company you should use!
