Hand-delivery

Safety is our number one priority...
Once something has been loaded into one of our vans for transport, it does NOT move again until it reaches its destination (unless a transfer is absolutely necessary to meet a deadline or other constraint). Furthermore, our vans are equipped with alarm systems and secondary (exterior) locking mechanisms.

Procedure...
All deliveries are hand-deliveries. Our drivers will NOT leave an artwork at a location without someone being present to accept delivery and sign for the item(s) (unless specifically requested).

Scheduling...
Typically, we can work around YOUR availability. We can accommodate early-morning and evening deliveries, but if you're still unable to accept delivery as scheduled, then we will transfer your shipment to the next available van/route, to be delivered at a later time. Please keep in mind that a rescheduling fee may be applied to your shipment total.

We're flexible...
If you will not be home to accept delivery, but would like for our driver to leave the item(s) in a secure location at/near the delivery location (i.e. a patio, porch, back yard, garage, studio, shed, guard gate, reception desk, etc.), then we are more than happy to accommodate that request - so long as we have a written and signed consent to do so.

Other alternatives...
If you are unable to accept delivery as scheduled, you can make arrangements for a friend, family member or neighbor to accept delivery on their behalf, or reroute the shipment to an alternative delivery location with more availability/flexibility.
